Vivi's knowledge and expertise
extends to practically all tax and trust matters,
including UK and offshore trusts; tax planning for
non-UK domiciliaries; employee benefit trusts; tax
planning for company shareholders; International
succession issues and complex wills and estates.
He is listed as a leading tax and trust lawyer in the
Chambers UK legal directory and by the publication
'Legal Experts' as an expert in private client work.
Vivi is also a member of the Society of Trust and
Estate Practitioners (STEP) and lectures on taxation and
the use of trusts. In 2005, he was invited to become an
editor of a section of the Oxford Dictionary of Law, New
Edition.
In Chambers HNW 2018, he is described as
"totally honest, trustworthy and decent" by one source,
while others say: "The minute you meet him, you do feel
quite confident that he's going to be able to solve any
problem you come up against. He has that manner about

Tutu advises on
a wide range of corporate and finance transactions,
specialising in mergers and acquisitions, structuring,
restructuring, sponsor backed transactions, banking and
corporate, structured and investment finance. Tutu acts
for leading UK and European banks, public and private
corporates and owner managed businesses. Tutu is a
member of the steering committee of ACG UK, and has been
recommended in both the Chambers UK and Legal 500
directories as a leader in his fields.
Since
becoming a lawyer in 2003, Tutu has focused his practice
on counseling individuals, families and business owners.
Bill has assisted clients with everything from simple
wills and powers of lawyer to addressing more
complicated estate planning situations and sophisticated
probate and trust administrations. Tutu also provides
advice in the areas of elder law and addressing the
legal issues that impact individuals with special needs.
Francesca Bishop
(Tax Attorney)
Francesca trained at Herbert Smith and joined
Vzerk Law Firm as an associate in 2014 and a partner
in 2015.
In addition to her litigation and
international arbitration work she leads the firm’s US
Practice Group responsible for managing relationships
with firms, clients and contacts across the US.
Francesca is a member of the retail and franchising teams
handling contentious issues for a range of clients
operating in these sectors. Francesca works closely with
clients (ranging from large corporates to owner managed
businesses) to provide strategic expertise and
commercially focused risk management advice aimed at
resolving disputes quickly, effectively and
commercially.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved
she handles a broad range of commercial and regulatory
disputes for clients across the UK and internationally,
including major litigation, injunction applications and
international arbitrations. She has particular
experience in cross border litigation and arbitration
and works regularly with lawyers and clients in other
jurisdictions, either coordinating and leading the team
or providing support.
